Accepting Adult Virtual Clients

I believe that all individuals deserve respect and dignity. Therapeutic relationships should be built on open communication and trust. I believe that some of the keys to living and enjoying a meaningful life can be found through self-reflection and openness to change. An individual's growth can be seen as an ongoing understanding and processing of personal, intellectual, and relational experiences. I am passionate in regards to processing experiences and navigating options for moving forward.

I believe that, as individuals, we function as a whole through physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual values and priorities. My goal is to create an environment in which these can be investigated, processed, and utilized in planning and moving forward into a functional and meaningful life.

I enjoy working with adults who are in different stages of life transitions, such as post-divorce, post-college, starting families, and empty nest folks. My typical clients are experiencing anxiety, mild or situational depression, social anxiety, mild to moderate OCD, and relationship issues. I have a desire to work with women who have a history of experiencing emotional and/or verbal abuse. I love working with clients to support them in finding all the beautiful nuances of their thoughts, personalities, goals, and desires. I think it’s beautiful when they can see the unique attributes they possess and embrace them.
