I believe mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being must be considered to achieve true healing. I am passionate about helping others navigate life to have a more meaningful and fulfilling life experience. I strive to meet clients where they are in life and incorporate compassion and gentleness into our sessions. I have also developed certain wisdom from my life experience. I feel I have developed my personal strengths, patience, acceptance, forgiveness, faith, and hope. 

I believe that the power of relationship can be transformative. I embrace using creative collaboration to foster healing and growth in the context of the relationship. I welcome the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in an accepting, nurturing, and safe environment.
